Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground beef 80/20 preferred for juiciness
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 can Biscuit dough 8-count refrigerated
  • 8 oz Cheddar cheese Cut into 16 cubes
  • ¼ cup Butter Melted
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley fresh, Chopped
  • 6 slices Bacon optional, Cooked and crumbled

Equipment

  • 1 Skillet
  • 1 Baking sheet
  • 1 Parchment paper or silicone baking mat
  • 1 Pastry brush
  • 1 Small Bowls
  • 1 Oven

Method
 

  1. Cook the beef with seasoning until browned.
  2. Flatten biscuit dough and fill with beef and cheese.
  3. Seal into balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Mix butter, garlic, and parmesan, and brush over bombs.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 15–18 minutes until golden.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
